Description: In this webinar, you will learn how the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Division of Forestry is using drones to assist in the management of our forested lands.
Presenter: Alistair Reynolds, ODNR Urban Forester
Bio: Alistair Reynolds is the Central Ohio Regional Urban Forester with ODNR. Alistair has a strong educational foundation in forestry, fisheries, and wildlife from The Ohio State University, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Environment and Natural Resources. Alistair has been an ISA Certified Arborist since 2015 and a Municipal Specialist. Alistair brings a wealth of knowledge to the central Ohio urban forestry community, promoting green initiatives and fostering a deeper connection between urban spaces and nature. Alistair also holds an FAA Part 107 UAS pilots license and is a team member on the ODNR UAS Team utilizing cutting-edge drone technology and advancing UAS use in all areas of forestry.
